Overview

Welcome to the Nutrition and Food Science Program at AIES. This structured program spans four progressive levels—Foundation Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Professional Diploma. The curriculum explores the relationship between food, nutrition, and health, introducing students to human nutrition, food chemistry, dietary planning, and food safety principles. Students examine how food quality, health outcomes, and public awareness intersect in a variety of individual and community settings.
