Trade Customer Service Program

Program Overview

The CTCS program covers introduction to International trade, fundamentals of tradecustomer service, handling trade customers challenges etc.
Designation: Certificate in Trade Customer Service (CTCS).
Targets: Professionals with little or no knowledge of trade like: Executive Trainees, Management Trainees,Young Graduates.
Duration: 2 months.
Number of Hours: 40 hours (facilitation and student study time).

Objectives

At the end of these training programme for the various levels, the participants will be equipped with knowledgeand skills needed to be able to:

  • Market and sell trade products and services

  • Handle payment methods in international trade
