  • Empathy in the workplace: Understanding others’ emotions and building strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Emotional intelligence and communication: How EI improves workplace interactions and reduces misunderstandings.

Week 2:

  • Conflict resolution: Using emotional intelligence to navigate and resolve disputes professionally.
  • Leadership and emotional intelligence: Enhancing leadership through self-regulation and empathy.
  • Building emotionally intelligent teams: Creating a positive, emotionally aware workplace culture.
  • Final project: Develop a plan to enhance emotional intelligence in a workplace setting, either individually or as a team.

  • Daily quizzes to reinforce learning.
  • Final project: Develop a strategy for improving emotional intelligence in a team or organization (50%).
