Workers Compensation

This course provides an overview of the workers’ compensation system, its legal framework, and its role in protecting employees and employers in the event of workplace injuries or illnesses. The course covers key topics such as the history of workers’ compensation, claim procedures, benefit types, employer obligations, and legal and ethical considerations. Students will learn how to navigate the workers’ compensation system, manage claims, and implement injury prevention strategies to reduce the frequency and severity of workplace accidents. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
