Project Management and Evaluation

This course provides a thorough overview of healthcare project management, tailored to include the context of Malawi. It covers all stages of project development—from planning and implementation to evaluation—with a focus on nursing and interprofessional teamwork within Malawian healthcare settings. Emphasizing practical skills for project success and evaluation, the course aims to equip students with the knowledge to lead and collaborate on health projects, addressing the unique healthcare challenges in Malawi.
