Course Description

This course explores the strategies and techniques used to assess, improve, and manage employee performance in organizations. This course covers performance appraisal systems, goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans. Students will learn how to design and implement effective performance management processes that align individual performance with organizational goals. Topics also include coaching, performance improvement plans, and using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate employee effectiveness. Through case studies, role-playing, and practical exercises, students will develop the skills needed to manage performance in a way that fosters growth and productivity.
