Hospitality Law

This course provides an overview of the legal principles and regulations that govern the hospitality and tourism industries. The course covers essential legal topics such as contract law, liability, employment law, health and safety regulations, intellectual property, and the rights and responsibilities of hospitality operators and their guests. Students will learn how to navigate legal challenges in hospitality operations, minimize risks, and ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws. The course emphasizes the importance of legal knowledge in protecting businesses, employees, and customers within the hospitality sector.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
