Course Description

This course examines the psychological principles and strategies that promote employee engagement, well-being, and overall thriving in organizational settings. This course covers topics such as motivation, job satisfaction, work-life balance, organizational culture, and leadership’s role in fostering a positive work environment. Students will explore how organizations can create conditions that support both individual well-being and organizational success. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
