Effective Leadership and Management in Nursing

This course focuses on the development of leadership and management skills essential for nursing professionals in healthcare settings. This course covers key topics such as nursing leadership theories, communication, team management, conflict resolution, decision-making, and strategic planning. Students will explore the roles and responsibilities of nurse leaders, including promoting patient care quality, managing nursing staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
