Basic Trade Professional

The Basic Trade Professional course is designed to introduce learners to the fundamentals of international trade. This comprehensive program covers essential topics including import and export regulations in Nigeria, pre- and post-import/export documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, and payment methods in international trade. Participants will also explore the basics of international trade finance and gain insights into becoming a proficient trade specialist.

Throughout this three-month course, each module builds progressively on the previous one, ensuring a practical and steady learning curve. Whether you are new to international trade or looking to solidify your foundational knowledge, this course will provide you with the tools and understanding necessary to navigate the complexities of global trade effectively.

Upon completing the Basic Trade Professional program, students will be able to:

• Duration: 3 months
• Targets: Professionals with little or no knowledge of trade, such as executive trainees, management trainees, and young graduates.
• Study Time: 1 hours per day (equivalent to 60 hours total)
