Overview

The Advanced Trade Professional program is designed for individuals with a solid foundation in international trade who are ready to elevate their expertise to a higher level. This advanced program provides in-depth knowledge and skills required to manage complex trade transactions, navigate international trade regulations, and lead strategic initiatives in global trade operations.

Participants will explore advanced topics including international trade rules and standards such as UCP 600, ISBP 745, and Incoterms 2020. The course also covers trade finance instruments like demand guarantees and standby letters of credit, as well as uniform rules for bank payment obligations. This program is ideal for professionals with intermediate trade experience or graduates of the CITP program who are seeking to become industry leaders in international trade.

Upon completion, participants will be equipped with the skills needed to mitigate risks, manage structured trade finance, and provide strategic direction in international trade transactions, ensuring they are well-prepared to become leaders in the global trade arena.

Course Structure

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Targets: Professionals with intermediate trade knowledge who have handled trade transactions for 5-7 years in banks or import-export trading companies, as well as graduates of the CITP program.
  • Study Time: 1 hours per day (equivalent to 60 hours total)
