Program Delivery Standards Policy

Program Delivery Standards Policy

At AIES, maintaining the quality and consistency of program delivery across all approved centers is essential to ensure that students receive a high standard of education. The Program Delivery Standards Policy outlines the expectations for centers to deliver AAA programs effectively, following the guidelines provided and upholding academic integrity.

Key Requirements:

  1. Adherence to Curriculum
Centers are required to follow the approved curriculum for each AIES program. This includes delivering the course content, learning objectives, and assessments as outlined by AIES, ensuring consistency across all centers.

  2. Qualified Instructors
All instructors delivering AAA programs must be appropriately qualified in their subject areas, with relevant educational credentials and teaching experience. Centers are responsible for verifying the qualifications of their instructors and ensuring they meet AIES’s standards.

  3. Structured Learning Experience
Programs must be delivered in a structured manner, following the designated timelines and schedules. Centers should ensure that:

    • Courses begin and end as scheduled.
    • Students receive adequate instructional hours as required by the program.
    • Course materials are provided in a timely manner.
  4. Use of Approved Learning Resources
Centers must use the learning materials and resources provided or approved by AIES. This includes textbooks, digital resources, and any supplementary content. Unauthorized or outdated materials should not be used in program delivery.

  5. Student Assessment and Feedback
Assessments must be conducted in accordance with AIES guidelines, ensuring that students are evaluated fairly and consistently. Centers should provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress.

  6. Monitoring Student Progress
Centers are responsible for tracking and monitoring student progress throughout the program. Regular reports should be generated to identify students who may need additional support, and intervention strategies should be in place to assist students who are struggling.

  7. Classroom and Online Learning Environment
Centers must provide a conducive learning environment, whether classes are held in-person or online. This includes:

    • Ensuring classrooms are equipped with the necessary technology and resources.
    • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized physical space for learning.
    • Providing access to digital learning platforms for online or hybrid courses.
  8. Student Support Services
Centers must offer student support services to help learners succeed. This includes providing academic advising, tutoring, and additional resources as needed to address individual student needs.

  9. Adherence to Exam Guidelines
Exams and assessments must be administered following AIES’s exam guidelines, including proctoring standards, security measures, and grading protocols. Centers must ensure that exams are conducted fairly and securely, protecting the integrity of the assessment process.

  10. Continuous Improvement
Centers are expected to regularly evaluate their program delivery and seek opportunities for improvement. This includes gathering feedback from students and staff and implementing changes that enhance the learning experience and align with AIES’s best practices.

Accountability and Evaluation:

AIES will periodically evaluate centers to ensure compliance with the Program Delivery Standards Policy. Non-compliance may result in corrective actions, including re-training, probation, or loss of approved center status.
