This course explores infectious diseases through a public health lens. Students will learn about disease transmission, prevention, and control strategies, alongside the public health response to infectious threats. Designed for those pursuing a diploma in Public Health, the course offers essential insights into managing infectious diseases in community settings.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand the spread and control of infectious diseases in Malawi.
