Course Description

This course explores the relationship between organizations and the communities in which they operate. This course examines how organizations influence and are influenced by their community environments, including the roles they play in community development, social responsibility, and local economic impact. Students will study organizational behavior, community engagement strategies, and the impact of organizational decisions on community well-being. The course emphasizes practical skills in building effective partnerships, understanding community needs, and managing organizational contributions to community development.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Analyzing Organizational Impact: Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of how organizations impact and are impacted by their communities, including the social, economic, and environmental effects of organizational activities.
