Course Description

This course focuses on the principles and practices involved in evaluating early childhood education programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. This course covers various evaluation models and methods, including formative and summative assessments, data collection techniques, and performance metrics. Students will learn how to assess program goals, outcomes, and processes to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Emphasis is placed on using evaluation data to inform decision-making, improve program quality, and meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Through case studies and practical projects, students will gain experience in conducting comprehensive program evaluations.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
