Course Description

This course focuses on the strategies and techniques used to improve employee performance and support career development through effective training programs. This course covers the entire training cycle, including needs assessment, program design, implementation, and evaluation. Students will learn how to create and deliver impactful training initiatives that align with organizational goals, enhance employee skills, and foster professional growth. Topics also include learning theories, adult education principles, e-learning platforms, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) of training programs.
