Construction Planning and Scheduling

This course provides students with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively plan and schedule construction projects. This course covers project planning methods, scheduling techniques, resource allocation, and project control. Students will learn how to create detailed construction schedules using techniques such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt charts, and how to adjust plans to manage time, cost, and resources efficiently. Through hands-on projects and software applications, students will develop the skills required to manage the timelines of construction projects from start to finish.
