Organizational Behavior

This course in Organizational Behavior is designed to explore the behavior of individuals, groups, and structures within an organization and how they impact the effectiveness of the organization. Students will examine theories and concepts in areas such as motivation, leadership, team dynamics, organizational culture, and change management. Through case studies, group discussions, and practical applications, the course aims to equip students with the tools to diagnose and effectively respond to organizational challenges and opportunities.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand Organizational Dynamics: Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how behaviors and structures influence the performance and culture of an organization. This includes studying motivation theories, leadership styles, and communication processes within businesses.
